1. About Reteo

Reteo Solutions Private Limited is a company incorporated in India with its registered/mailing address at 401, Floor 4, 45/47 Mint, Chambers GPO Fort, Mumbai G.P.O., Mumbai – 400001, Maharashtra, India. Reteo operates a platform that connects creators and brands to plan, launch, and measure marketing campaigns.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features may require you to register or join a waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at admin@reteo.in.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringing;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorised access; or
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data without our prior written consent.

5. Creator and Brand Engagements

The Services may facilitate engagements between creators and brands. Reteo is a platform provider and is not a party to the agreements formed directly between creators and brands unless expressly stated. Each user is responsible for performing its obligations, including delivering agreed content, making payments, and complying with applicable advertising and disclosure laws.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Connected Accounts

The Services integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You may connect your accounts on those platforms to the Services using the platform’s authorisation (OAuth) flow. By connecting an account, you authorise Reteo to access, collect, and display the profile and performance data described in our Privacy Policy, including displaying analytics from your connected accounts to brands on the platform for the purpose of evaluating, planning, and measuring campaigns. You may disconnect a connected account at any time from your account settings or by revoking access directly with the platform.

The Services use YouTube API Services. By using features of the Services that access YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Your use of Instagram features is additionally subject to Meta’s Platform Terms.

Your use of third-party platforms is otherwise governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided by Reteo, are owned by or licensed to Reteo Solutions Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate and provide the Services.

8. Fees and Payments

Where the Services include paid features, applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed to you before purchase. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of paid features.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reteo Solutions Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reteo Solutions Private Limited and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
